The Words
New words for new things — defined, not hyped
Archagent
A word NicNac coined, defined, and published on October 27, 2026: the agent who conducts the other agents — holding the whole score while specialized agents play their parts. The full definition, with prior uses of the string honestly noted, lives on the blog.
Human augmentation
Our discipline, and the opposite of replacement: technology built around a person so the person becomes more capable — not less necessary. NicNac is not an AI company. It is a human augmentation company that uses AI.
Neuroamplification
Our name for what happens when a person's own abilities are amplified by a system that remembers, prepares, and follows through: we augment; we amplify. Each person reaches their aptitude; each business, its altitude.
The Ideas
How NicNac remembers, learns, and encourages
The five faculties. Beam keeps a living record of each person in five faculties — Memory, Soul, Heart, Spirit, and Spark. Not a dossier: a record you can open, correct, and retract, where every entry carries its source, and nothing enters it unsourced.
Consent first — the Codex posture. We get to know a person by conversation, never by form. With consent, the system remembers; without consent, nothing is kept. What is kept is revocable, on your side of the wall, and never sold.
What the research says about encouragement. In our team's filed research review, one practice stood out with the strongest measured effect: deciding in advance when and where you will do a thing — an implementation intention — carried an effect of d = .65 on follow-through. It is why NicNac's systems turn intentions into scheduled, reminded, witnessed acts instead of pep talks. (From the estate's research review, October 2026 — a summary of published research, offered as reading, not as a promise about any one person.)
No one is normalized here. Each person is celebrated for their individual contributions — that is not our slogan; it is the design constraint every workflow is built under.
For churches: Mosaic is the door built for congregations, with its own face and its own voice — Beam works underneath and never fronts it. Read the Mosaic blog · its ladder ($49/$99/$249/$499 a month) lives on Mosaic's own doors.

Pass It On
The word-of-mouth economy, explained like everything else here: plainly
NicNac grows the way good things have always grown — one person telling another. So the telling is paid, in the open.
If you are a client
Refer someone who becomes a paying subscriber and you earn half a month free. Keep referred subscribers active and your own fee steps down: 3 active → 5% off · 5 active → 10% off · 10 active → 20% off.
Total referral benefit is capped at 50% of your monthly fee. A credit lands after your referral's first payment clears the refund window. One level only — referrals of referrals do not pay — and no one can refer themselves.
If you want to earn
Registered 1099 partners earn cash commission on collected payments from subscribers they bring: 20% for the subscriber's first twelve months, then 10% for every month after, while the subscription stays active.
Paid monthly, under a written partner agreement with a W-9 on file. A refund or chargeback reverses the commission on that payment. The hiring program and the referral program are one economy — apply at the hiring door. As subscription revenue grows, some partners are hired on for ongoing implementation and support: the human touch, beside the workflows.
Referral and commission schedule set by NicNac Systems, October 28, 2026. Your individual terms are confirmed in writing before any payment is made or owed.
Ownership, Honestly
Founding ownership — what we can say, and what we cannot
NicNac is designing a completely legal structure that gives an ownership stake to the early adopters and contributors who help make this more than a software platform. That sentence is the whole of what exists today: a direction, and a structure being prepared with legal counsel.
Equity is a security. Until entity and securities counsel papers the structure, it is offered to no one, promised on no page, and no term of it — who qualifies, how much, on what schedule — exists to be quoted. Anyone who tells you otherwise, in our name, is wrong. When the real documents exist, they will be plain, complete, and carry their risks in the open — because information about ownership should never harm the person reading it. Leave no gray area: that is the rule this section is written under.
Trust
Why this door can afford to be gentle
Zero-root data
The most sensitive sensing happens in your session, on your device. The most sensitive data cannot leak from NicNac because it never leaves your session — and staff cannot browse your archive; the capability does not exist, by design.
No farming, ever
We do not take advantage of anyone. We do not sell, broker, or farm your data. Our models may learn only from information stripped of personal information, kept away from anything private — and you can opt out of even that, in one step, honored across every NicNac brand.
Security that keeps updating
Our security posture is built to keep improving — monitoring, drills, and controls updated with every finding — and it evolves in one direction only: nothing automated may ever weaken a gate, an approval, or a consent.
